The 1912 Guest House rates are affordable and require a 2 night minimum. This 2 story home is a Montgomery Ward Home ordered from the catalog around the turn of the century. Has 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 5 twin beds, 2 full baths with shower. Has a full kitchen, cooking and eating utensils. Quilts on beds with linens and towels provided. Has 3 sided covered porch with picnic table and BBQ grill. Fishing pond out your back door which is catch & release. The Bunk House rates are also affordable and require a 2 night minimum. This cozy, one room house is perfect for a small family. Has a full kitchen, cooking and eating utensils, bathroom with shower with 1 double bed and 4 twin beds. Quilts on beds with linens and towels provided. Has a front portch with chairs and BBQ grill.

Cabins

Three rustic cabins that sleep 6-8, 2 miles above the ranch accessible by 4 wheel drive on King Mountain. Our one room cabins have full kitchens, cooking and eating utensils, built-in bunk beds with foam, propane lights and cook stove with no indoor plumbing or electricity. There is an outhouse. Bring your own horses and horseback ride King Mountain then at night there is a horse pen and tack shed next to your cabin. No bedding or towels provided.

SUNNYSIDE DIVIDE RANCH

Want a secluded getaway? Choose the “Lodge” homesteaded in 1924. This rustic 2 story log home is spacious enough for three families. The ranch is nestled at the base of Dome Mountain, at 8,900 ft in elevation, surrounded by 1,280 private acres of wilderness and wildlife. Observe the herds of elk and deer or an occaisional coyote on the fields, eagles soaring in the skies and brookies jumping in the lake all from your back porch. Gather around the campfire for an evening of good times under the stars. has a full kitchen, cooking and eating utensils and indoor plumbing with full bath and shower. Has propane lights, stove, and refrigerator. Linens and towels provided. Three bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 queen futon, and 4 twin beds. Has porch with picnic table and BBQ grill. 2 night minimum stay required.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

R.V. electrical & water hookup available for nightly rental with group renting facilities. 3 to 4 hours horseback ride to the Colorado River. Half day float trip on the Colorado River, or Trap Shooting with guide and campfire cookout. Full day horseback ride on King Mountain with guide and campfire cookout available also. Horse boarding in stalls or pen available for nightly rental. Bring your own water buckets, hay and grain.

*50% deposit and signed contract required at time of booking with balance in-full at check-in.

Children must be 6 years old to ride horses. Must be able to swim for float-trip.

Arrivals after 1pm with departure by 11 a.m. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free. 4.4% sales tax will be applied. Big Game Hunts available.
